In 2012 we hosted Col & Fi Sheppard from Flaxman wines in the Eden Valley of South Australia, (one of my absolute favourite wine producers) for what now has legendary status as one of the best wines dinners we’ve ever held.
Now, 13 years in the making, we’re doing it again!
Col’s wines have gone from strength to strength, gaining 5 star status in Halliday’s Wine Companion and many highly rated wines from his miniscule Estate production which are highly sought after.
Join us, and Col for a night over his exquisite small batch wines, matched to perfection with dinner from the team at
Citrine Bar & Bistro in Olinda.
Riesling, Semillon, Shiraz, Cabernet and a sneak peak at his newest release, a 16 year barrel aged Pedro Ximinez. These plus some very rare offerings from my own personal cellar going back to Cols first ever vintage!
