Sourced from vineyards in the Tappa Pass and Light Pass sub-regions of the Barossa valley, this is a true old-vine Shiraz. Traditional open top fermenters are used to make an old fashion style shiraz. Deep red with cherries and spice on the nose and a luscious soft palate, the Tappa Pass is a big wine in the Henschke Barossa style. It showcases the brilliance of Stephen and Prue Henschke and is should be deservedly opened on any special occasion.
