Description
The Six Acres Spectrum Bianco Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay and Fiano. With the Chardonnay being fermented in large format oak and the Fiano fermented in an Italian Terracotta Amphora, it has created a beautifully balanced and flavoursome wine without aggressive acidity. Wonderfully fresh with a savoury edge and a touch of honeysuckle.
