This 2021 Mr Hugh Riesling has aromas of lime, musk stick and old fashioned bath salts. The palate is zippy and fresh - dominated with flavours of grapefruit, lemon zest and marmalade. Just perfect with fresh oysters or King George whiting. The fruit was sourced from the Yea Valley Vineyard, at Murrindindi - 100 kilometers north east of Melbourne.
