Description
Merlot grapes selected from the old house block are handpicked, de-stemmed and crushed into open-top fermenters. The wine is gently pressed and matured in French oak barriques for 18 months. Our barrel selected merlot displays concentrated dark berries on the nose. Rich dark berries framed by black olive reside on the palate with well-integrated oak.
