Description
Fermented using the natural wild local yeasts incorporating French oak barrels producing a unique local Pinot of this region A medium red in the Cherry/Plum range, displaying some warm earthy tones. This Pinot has body! Flavours include dried herbs, dark cherry and fennel. Flows onto pallet with hints of chocolate, red berries and some mocha oak. Drink now, best decanted for 10 mins!
