A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, the aromas and flavours are beautifully entwined. Merlot offering black olive, dark chocolate and plum. The Cabernet Sauvignon with fine grained tannins supporting the cassis, blackberry and red fruits. A lovely expression of these two grape varieties.
